Stolley Park & Pond Stolley Park is connected to the city’s trail system and is located at the intersection of W. 18 th Street and 32 nd Avenue W. on the city’s northwest side. Stolley Park is an 80-acre park primarily used for fishing, but it also includes picnic facilities and a shelter house for leisure activities.

Pederson Memorial Park This special use park is located on the east side of Spencer around 10 th Ave. E. & E. 9 th St. Pederson Park is the central hub of Spencer’s youth baseball and softball recreational facilities. This 35-acre park includes 11 ball diamonds, children's playground, picnic tables, and a shelter house. Pederson Park is also connected to the city’s trail system, making it convenient for children and adults to access the park.

Spencer Soccerplex

Although not considered a “city park”, the Spencer Soccerplex is a major recreational amenity to the community and is located north of Pederson Park along 10 th Avenue E. This 30-acre complex includes multiple soccer fields of varying sizes. The Spencer Soccerplex is home to the Northwest Iowa Soccer Club, the Galaxy Cup Tournament, and the Spencer Schools and Iowa Lakes Community College Soccer Teams.
