To survive the boiling temperatures, our 212° Collection is woven with state-of-the-art Milliken ™ fabric that withstands wash after wash with minimal effects.

Test results for 212° Laundry Collection:  WASH-DOWN PERFORMANCE Varies only 1.3 DecCMC through 50 IL cycles with virtually no shade change.  TENSILE-WRAP Exceeds industry standards maintaining warp strength over several washings.  TEAR-WARP/TEAR-FILLING Uses mid-tenacity polyester fiber for improved appearance, drape, and abrasion resistance while still exceeding 7.5lbs. of warp and fill.  TENSILE-FILLING Superior filling tear values protects side seams of our coats, pants, and shirts.  SHRINKAGE-WARP/SHRINKAGE-FILL Set to shrink both warp and filling at less than 2.5%.  SOIL-RELEASE Treated with VISA System 3 soil-release technology, improving fabric at a molecular level and enabling shorter wash times with less detergent.  PILLING Constructed with abrasion-resistant yarn and fiber so pilling is minimized.
