Logging In Simply open up a new window from your preferred browser and enter www.florencebank.com in the address bar.

1 Once you enter www.florencebank.com in your browser’s address bar, you will be welcomed by our homepage. 2 To begin logging into your account, click the My Accounts button. 3 Select the banking experience you wish to enter by using the drop-down menu. 4 Enter your User ID in the provided space. 5 Click Submit . You will then be prompted to enter your Password.

Account Authentication To strengthen the safeguards in place at login, monitoring uncharacteristic or unusual behavior with your Florence Bank Online Cash Management will begin with an authentication process to recognize the computer you normally use to access Online Cash Management or to verify an unidentified device. First, enter your User ID and Password as normal from the home page. If you choose to log in from a computer you don’t normally use, you will be presented with a verification challenge to complete the authentication process.

1 To verify your personal image, enter your Password in the provided space. Click Sign In . 2 Next, enter the chosen answer for each challenge question. Click Submit to continue.

Menu Items Throughout your Online Cash Management experience, menu items will continue to display in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to help you jump through different Online Cash Management screens and functions in no time. Simply click each menu item to proceed to the corresponding page.

Accounts This will direct you to the Online Cash Management home page and can be used to view activity, history, make a quick transfer, stop a payment or reorder checks. Pay Bills This will direct you to the Payment Center where you can complete bill or loan payments, view and add payees, view eBills and online activity. Transfer Funds Manage or create a transfer of funds, view transfer activity, transfer funds to another Florence Bank account or an account at another financial institution. Manage My Money Manage and improve your financial health by setting a budget, goals and viewing account trends. Positive Pay View and compare checks presented for payment against an electronic check issue file to identify fraudulent items. ACH Expedite direct deposit of payroll, pay bills, concentrate funds from other financial institutions or collect membership dues. Wires Move funds between accounts within different financial institutions. Profile This will direct you to links and options that can aid in managing and editing your personal profile, review security settings and other preferences.

Accounts – Accounts Summary When you first log into Online Cash Management, you will be directed to the Accounts Summary screen. From this screen, you can view your account details, make quick transfers and payments, as well as review and manage messages and notifications.

1 Located at the top of each page will be global navigation options to quickly log out of your account, or view help options and other links. 2 Click here to view and manage messages. 3 Utilize the Quick Links panel to view set-up links for quick banking processes, while reviewing special bank notifications from the Notification Center panel. 4 Tabs for Online Cash Management functions under the Accounts menu will be located here. 5 Click an Account Nickname to view details of the displayed accounts and activities within the panels shown here. 6 Click Help if you have any questions or concerns, and you will be asked to contact Customer Service at 413.437.5000 .

Accounts – Account Activity The Account Activity screen allows you to view a complete record of your transaction history. You have the ability to view pending transactions or specify a date range to view account history.

1 Click the Account Activity tab or click an Account Nickname from the Account Summary page to view specific detailed information. 2 Details of the account will display here. If you wish to change your Account Nickname, click Change . 3 Pending transactions from the account will display in the panel here. 4 To search specific account history information, first choose a saved query or the desired account from the drop-down menus, then complete the required fields pertinent to your search. When finished, click Search . 5 To save your search criteria for another time, click Save Query . 6 History information will display in the panel shown here.

Accounts – Stop Payment The Stop Payment service allows you to submit a request to stop payment on a check or a range of checks you have written. You cannot use this service to cancel transfers between accounts or electronic bill payments. A stop payment fee will apply.

1 Begin by clicking the Stop Payment tab and review the important information regarding Stop Payments. 2 Select the account from which you would like to stop a payment. 3 Next, choose whether you are stopping a payment on a single check or a range of checks. 4 Enter additional information for the Stop Payment, including the check number, amount, to whom the check was issued (Payee), and the reason for the stop payment. 5 Click Submit to proceed.

Accounts – eDocuments The eDocuments feature lets you manage, view or print your recent or previous online statements with just a couple clicks. Documents are available in the next account cycle. The E-Sign Disclosure and Consent must be accepted before access to eDocuments is granted.

1 Click the eDocuments tab to begin. 2 From the eDocuments window, click View eDocuments to display an account statement or loan bill.

Accounts – Check Reorder When in need of a new supply of checks, you don’t have to venture too far outside of our Online Cash Management site to check this task off your list!

1 Click the Check Reorder tab to begin. 2 Review the provided statement regarding check reordering. 3 From the Check Reordering panel, choose the account from which you would like a new supply of checks and click Check Reorder . 4 You will then be directed to a new site to process and complete your order.

Bill Pay – Overview Bill Pay allows you to stay on top of your monthly finances with utmost ease and turnkey efficiency. Free yourself from the hassle of writing checks and the clutter that comes with traditional ways of paying bills! This is a quick and easy alternative to paying your bills online at the sites of each individual company. The first time you click the Pay Bills tab, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions.

Click on the Pay Bills tab to begin managing your bills online. The Payment Center is a guide to your billers and bills due as well as where you will edit or delete scheduled payments.

Bill Pay – Biller Setup The person or company to whom you are sending funds is known as the biller. A biller can be almost any company or person you would send a written check to, like a utility company, a cable TV provider, or even a relative. It may be convenient to set up an automatic payment for a biller so that there is no need for repeating the same scheduling process each month.

You will see your billers listed in the Payment Center. 1 Click the button at the top of the page to Add a Company or Person . 2 Click the name of the biller to see or change their information, such as their address, telephone number, and recent payments.

Bill Pay – eBills EBills are a fast and convenient way to receive your bills each month. If your biller offers an electronic version of your bill, the eBills icon will be located next to the name within the Payment Center. After activating eBills, you will start receiving your bill directly within your Bill Pay account. No need to shuffle through biller information or access each individual biller’s website to pay your bills—you can get it all right here and never miss a payment!

1 Click on the icon or eBills link. 2 Click the Add button for each biller you would like to add to eBills. 3 When completed, click the Submit button. 4 A Confirmation message appears. Click the Close button.

Bill Pay – Schedule Payments No check? No pen? No problem! Our payment scheduling feature is the only thing you need to accomplish your Bill Pay needs. Hassle-free Bill Pay is just a couple mouse clicks away!

Billers are listed by name in the Payment Center. 1 Enter the amount of your bill, and use the calendar feature to select the payment due date. 2 Click the Send Money button when finished.

Bill Pay – AutoPay It may be convenient to set up a biller to receive payments on a regular basis. Why must you pay by repeating the same scheduling process each month? With our AutoPay option, you can remain confident that your payments are taken care of automatically without you doing a thing!

In the Payment Center, select the biller for which you would like to set up automatic payments. Select AutoPay and then Set Up Autopay . 1 Fill in the required fields to complete your request for an automatic payment. 2 Click the Start Making Payments button when complete.

Bill Pay – Change/Cancel Payments You can change or cancel a pending payment even after you schedule it. This convenient feature gives you the freedom to change the way you make your payments.

Locate the Pending Payments box in the Payment Center. 1 Click the Change link to edit your payment in a secondary screen. Here, you can change the Pay From Account, Pay Date or Pay Amount. 2 Click the Cancel link if you do not wish to process the payment.

Bill Pay – View Bill History You can conveniently view and print your bill history and details using our Online Bill Pay.

Click the Payment Amount link in Recent Payments. 1 Review the Pay From account, Withdraw On date, Amount and Confirmation number. 2 Click Payment Inquiry to inquire about a specific payment or click the Print link to print the payment details. 3 Exit out of the window by clicking the X icon in the top right corner.

Transfer Funds – Manage Transfers The Manage Transfers feature allows you to transfer money at scheduled times between your accounts. You have the ability to manage how often funds will be transferred by creating an immediate transfer and choosing from a range of frequencies. Transfers may be added, edited or deleted at your discretion.

1 Click the Manage Transfers tab to begin. 2 Review the provided statement regarding transfers.

3 From the drop-down menus, select the source and destination accounts. 4 Next, enter the amount of the payment and select the scheduling option: Immediate, Future-Dated (One-Time) or Recurring. Then, enter a description. 5 Click Submit to proceed.

Transfer Funds – Other Florence Accounts From the Other Florence Accounts screen, you can complete a transfer of funds to an individual or organization that holds an account with Florence Bank. Once information is entered, the destination account will be added to a list of accounts available for transfer activity.

1 Click the Other Florence Accounts tab to begin. 2 Review the provided statement regarding Other Florence Accounts. 3 From the drop-down menus, select either an individual or organization to whom you would like to transfer funds, and then select the type of account to which funds will be transferred. Next, enter and confirm the receiving account number in the provided space. Then, enter the Account Nickname. 4 Click Continue to proceed. 5 The information you entered in this process will be saved in a list here for quick and easy access. 6 Once the account is set-up here, you will then be able to make transfers to this account using the Manage Transfers function.

Manage My Money – Overview This tool is a great way to organize your finances and improve your financial health. Manage your budget, control spending and set savings goals. All of the tools you need for financial success are right here!

1 Click the Overview tab to begin. 2 The left-hand side of the screen provides expandable windows for selecting a specific time period and viewing your top expenses and balances. 3 Existing accounts are displayed in this area for quick reference. Click Print to obtain a copy for your records. To modify your list of accounts, click Edit List . 4 To view or modify your savings goals, click Manage located at the top-right side of the Savings Goals expandable window. 5 Review your budget plan with ease using the counter displayed here. Click Manage to modify or edit your budget plan. 6 View, manage and print statements of income and cash flow within the expandable windows displayed here.

Positive Pay – Overview Positive Pay is a powerful fraud prevention tool used by business customers to prevent against check and ACH fraud. Florence Bank’s Positive Pay Service helps your business detect suspicious transactions, reducing the risk of financial loss and safeguarding the reputation of your business. Positive Pay allows you to view and compare checks presented for payment against an electronic check issue file to identify fraudulent items. You can enter your issued checks directly into the Positive Pay system or upload an issue files from your computer. Presented checks are compared against the list of checks you have issued on a nightly basis, ensuring the information contained matches the issued check entered. When a discrepancy between the presented check an issued check is detected, it is flagged as an exception. The system notifies you of any exceptions via email, allows you to view images of the checks and exceptions, and then allows you choose to either pay or return the items. You also have the option to set up ACH authorization rules or filter blocks for complete fraud prevention. Depending on your needs, you can choose to block specific ACH transactions or authorize only specific vendors to access your account.

ACH Origination – Overview An Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer is the electronic transmission of a file which contains pertinent information to the movement of funds between accounts. An ACH transfer is commonly used to expedite direct deposit of payroll, pay bills, concentrate funds from other financial institutions or collect membership dues. An ACH transfer generally consists of multiple transactions and is referred to as a “batch”. The next pages cover: > Participants > Batches

At the Company’s option, ACH batches may be sent on the authority of a single User or require dual control where one User initiates the batch and a second User approves it. Batches initiated under a single User’s authority will be processed immediately — no approval is required. If the batch requires dual control or it exceeds the User’s transaction and/or daily limits, it is given a status of Pending. A User with approval authority must then approve the batch under the Approve/Activity function.

ACH Origination – Participants An ACH participant is an individual or organization whose account may be debited or credited, such as direct deposit of payroll or collection of payments for services rendered. Each participant entry contains the participant’s financial institution information, and their account details.

1 Click the Participants tab to begin. 2 Existing participants will display here. Select a participant to review additional details. A new window will display. From there, you can make any necessary changes to the selected participant. 3 To edit a participant’s information, select the icon. To delete a participant, select the icon. 4 Click the Add Participant button to enter new individuals or organizations.

ACH Origination – Batches The Batches function allows you to create new batches and group together related participants. This function also allows you to update and initiate existing batches.

1 Click the Batches tab to begin. 2 Existing batches will display here. These batches can be edited and used multiple times. When initiating an existing batch, first review the batch details and make any necessary changes. Then Save and Close. Ensure the effective date is accurate. To initiate a batch, select the box next to the batch and click Initiate . To delete a batch, select the icon. 3 Click Add Batch to create a new ACH batch. Be sure to select the correct Transaction Type. If your ACH batch participants are consumers, select PPD. For businesses or organizations, select CCD. Batches initiated under a single User’s authority will be processed immediately — no approval is required. Batches initiated under dual control require approval.

ACH Origination – Approve/Activity The Approve/Activity function allows you to review recent and pending ACH activity, as well as make informed approval decisions from one convenient screen. ACH batches requiring dual control or those that exceed a User’s transaction and/or daily limits will show a status of Pending. A User with approval authority must then approve the ACH batch under the Approve/Activity function.

1 Click the Approve/Activity tab to begin. 2 Pending ACH transactions and history will display here. Each entry is categorized by the reference number, the name of the batch, the company pertaining to the batch, amount, status, and effective date. 3 A batch that is in pending or approved status may be canceled . Subject to certain processing deadlines, a downloaded batch may be canceled by calling the Cash Management Dept. at 413.437.5000.

ACH Origination – ACH Pass-Thru The ACH Pass-Thru function allows you to send a NACHA-formatted file created in your own financial software to us for processing. This file may contain one or more batches which can be both credit and debit.

1 Click the ACH Pass-Thru tab to begin. 2 Pending pass-thru transactions and history will display here. 3 To upload an external pass-thru file, simply click Choose Files , locate the file containing ACH debits, credits or both. 4 Click Upload .

ACH Origination – File Import With the ACH File Import function, you can update existing batches by importing participant information from a CSV or other file, saving you time and allowing large numbers of transactions to be processed more easily.

1 Click the ACH File Import tab to begin. 2 Review the important information about importing batches. 3 From the Batch Upload drop-down menu, select the desired batch template.

Next, select the appropriate file format. 4 Click Choose File to upload the file. 5 Click Import to finish.

Wires – Overview With Online Cash Management you can send both domestic and USD international wires. Create and store Beneficiary details for recurring wires or use the One Time/Freeform function for a one-off wire transfer. Wires can be scheduled for the current day or a date in the future. The next pages cover:

Wires – Beneficiaries Beneficiaries are either an individual or an entity that receives the wire transfer. Beneficiaries may be located in the U.S. or an international country. Make recurring wires easy and convenient by storing beneficiary details here.

1 Click the Beneficiaries tab to begin. 2 Existing beneficiaries will display here. To edit a beneficiary, click the icon. To delete a beneficiary, click the icon. 3 Click the icon to export beneficiary information into a text document. Click the icon to obtain an electronic document. For spreadsheet purposes, click the icon for a CSV file. 4 To add and enter new beneficiary information, click Add Beneficiary . Be sure to select the correct Beneficiary Type being Domestic or International. International wires require Receiving Financial Institution details.

Wires – Single Wire Initiate a single wire in just a few quick steps!

1 Click the Single tab to begin. 2 Begin initiating a wire by selecting the beneficiary from the drop-down menu. Next, select the funding account, enter the amount of the wire, and finally, the date and an optional memo. 3 Click Submit to finish. Wires initiated under a single User’s authority will be processed immediately — no approval is required. Wires initiated under dual control require approval.

Wires – Multiple Wires Instead of initiating a single wire in just a few quick steps, initiate more than one at a time!

1 Click the Multiple tab to begin. 2 Begin initiating multiple wires by selecting the funding account, entering the amount of the wire, and finally, the date and an optional memo under each beneficiary entry. 3 Click Submit to finish. Wires initiated under a single User’s authority will be processed immediately — no approval is required. Wires initiated under dual control require approval.

Wires – One Time/Freeform Use this feature to process a wire transfer on a one-time basis. When you initiate a freeform wire, you must fill in all of the information manually. Freeform information is not stored in the system, so it cannot be reused.

1 Click the One Time/Freeform tab to begin. 2 Next, select the funding account from the drop-down menu. Then, enter all information pertaining to the wire. All requests that display asterisks is information that is required. 3 Click Submit to finish. Be sure to select the correct Beneficiary Type being Domestic or International. International wires require Receiving Financial Institution details.

Wires – Approve/Activity The Approve/Activity function allows you to review recent and pending wire transfer activity, as well as make informed approval decisions from one convenient screen. Wires requiring dual control or those that exceed a User’s transaction and/or daily limits will show a status of Pending. A User with approval authority must then approve the wire under the Approve/Activity function.

1 Click the Approve/Activity tab to begin. 2 Pending wires and wire history is displayed here. For pending wires, a User with approval authority may approve the wire or reject it. A pending wire may be edited from the History section. 3 To search for an existing wire, enter all pertinent information regarding the wire into the provided fields and drop-down menus. Click Search . 4 If you would like to retain wire records, simply click Export to begin this process. 5 A wire that is in pending or approved status may be edited or canceled . A wire that has been downloaded may no longer be edited or canceled.

Profile – Users Use this module to create secondary “Users” and maintain/update online account access entitlements for those “Users.” You are responsible to create, authorize or terminate your “Users” and are responsible for all actions taken by those “Users” within Online Cash Management. You can designate the entitlements for each “User” as to that “User’s” authority to conduct transactions online. All established “Users” created by you shall be deemed to be authorized representatives of you with respect to all transactions affected by Online Cash Management. The bank will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss, damage, or expense arising from access to an account by any entitled “User.” By establishing a “User” with entitlements in Online Cash Management, you agree to indemnify and keep the bank harmless against all actions, claims or demands arising from or relating to any action of the “User.” For further details, please refer to the Business Online Banking agreement.
