• Facilitate the team’s ministry process and results . ( Are we acting wisely? )

The PWR process (Prepare, Work, Review) is designed to enable you to approach your ministry in wisdom, with a sense of clarity and good organization. Carefully prepare your projects and events, implement them prayerfully, review your results together, and use the feedback to enhance your future efforts. Schedules and ministry relationships will necessarily change as you go forward in your efforts. Expect the Spirit to lead you in the next step.

• Facilitate your team’s ministry planning and strategy for each ministry period . ( Are we ready for the next step? )

You will meet at least once each quarter with your MTL to review your team’s growth and process. Allow these reviews to help you gain greater clarity on where you are as a team, what challenges and opportunities await, and what God, the Spirit, might want you to attempt for the next few months. God says we must walk circumspectly, not as foolish ones, but as those who know his wisdom; we must redeem the time for the days are evil (Eph. 5.15-17). These formal, quarterly reviews with your MTL can help you minister with greater effectiveness. Be open to the Lord, and watch him work!
