We, the undersigned, incorporators, also referred to as elders, hereby associate ourselves together to form and establish a corporation, also referred to as the church, NOT for profit under the laws of the State of Kansas.

Article One The name of the church is Anyname Fellowship Church, Inc.

Article Two The address of its registered office in Kansas is 3701 East 13th Street in the city of Wichita, County of Sedgwick, 67208, and the name of the resident agent in charge thereof of the above address is: Mark Davis. Article Three This church is organized NOT for profit and the nature of its business or purposes to be conducted or promoted is the center its faith and life in Jesus Christ. The Church will promote Christian community, communicate Christ and His Kingdom to the lost, and care for its members and others with Christ’s compassion as servants of God.

Article Four The church will NOT have authority to issue capital stock.

Article Five The conditions of membership will be fixed by the by-laws of this church.
