• Primary team members of the church plant team from _________________________ will commit to full involvement in every phase of the church-planting effort. They will give a minimum of two weekday evenings and some weekend time to the church-planting effort (or an equivalent amount of time). • World Impact will provide training in cross-cultural urban church planting. • World Impact staff will provide training and ongoing guidance for the church plant team for implementing all the principles of cross-cultural church planting in a low-income community. • Both _______________________________ and World Impact will provide intercessors to pray for the church plant team. • World Impact will provide _____________________________ with forms and a procedure to use for discerning who God is calling from their church/denomination to be on the church plant team. The church/ denomination will accept candidates to serve on the church plant team. • _______________________________ will take full responsibility for the costs of the church plant, including the cost of training materials. • World Impact will work with ____________________________ to determine the target community. • World Impact will provide opportunities for the team and the church plant to use World Impact support ministries including theological training, camping and education, as openings are available. • __________________________________ will provide volunteers from its membership to assist the church plant team. • World Impact and ____________________________________ commit to share responsibility for managing unforeseen conflict, using a conciliation process, if necessary. • __________________________________ will take responsibility for the spiritual accountability and oversight of church plant team members.
