While we do give considerable attention to providing resources to urban churches to help them ground new and growing Christians in Christ, the heart of our vision is to equip leaders for the urban church. This entails two things: 1) providing new and emerging Christian leaders and workers in urban churches with the essential theological resources and support necessary for effective urban ministry, and 2) to provide on-going investment for seasoned urban church leaders who intend to sharpen their ministry and train others for ministry as well. In order to facilitate this emergence of leaders, we have established an effective administrative structure that permits qualified churches and organizations to provide excellent, affordable, and accessible training in the context of their own church and ministry.
