The specifications resulted in a challenging pressure resistance of 4 bar together with a parallel loading of diameter SN10,000. Fiberpipe fulfilled these requirements with a sanded, cross-wound pipe. A short reconstruction time of only a few days was required. To avoid time- consuming laminated

connections, Fiberpipe con- structed a pipeline with key lock and double O-ring, absorbing the axial forces on the pipeline. Due to this innovation, Fiberpipe reduced the assembly time and costs by 80%. Accurate planning shortened the assembly time, resulting in a minimal downtime for the factory. According to plan, the reconstruction took place within five days, in October 2007. Preparation, delivery and assembly were carried out as a complete solution offered by Fiberpipe.
