ULSTER RUGBY PLAYERS ‘LINE OUT’ AT MOY PARK

Moy Park teamed up with Ulster Rugby for the 2015/16 season as official poultry supplier to the Ulster squad. The award-winning food company will supply Ulster Rugby with locally sourced chicken for the players to enjoy as part of their training regime.

The visit gave the players the chance to meet Moy Park Executive Chef Aaron Dixon (pictured) and his team, and learn more about one of Northern Ireland’s leading food businesses. Moy Park Brand Marketing Manager, Briege Finnegan said, “It was fantastic to have the players on site to meet the Moy Park team including our Executive Chef Aaron Dixon. The visit gave us the opportunity to showcase the range of Moy Park

products and discuss recipe development in line with the players’ nutritional needs.” As part of the partnership Moy Park’s food development team will be creating nutritious recipes for the Ulster squad, which will be available on Moy Park’s social media channels.
