76 1885 Small Dragon rough perf. 3 cand mauve, horizontal pair imperforate between variety. Used with seal cancellation, right stamp has small surface stain, nevertheless very fine for this rarity of which there are probably less than five surviving pairs. Chan 17a. Photo
