4) The CWCIE relies on close partners as trade or labour unions with approxi- mately 200 million members (Burghardt 2012). The same is the case with the INDET with trade unions (Meza 2012) and the SESI with ist employees in nation wide social and industrial corporation. All of them are defined here as registered clients.
