Harald Bauer, M.Sc., is the current President of the International Workers and Amateurs in Sports Confederation (CSIT) and Head of the Sports and Marketing Department of ASKÖ, Austria. Emmanuelle Bonnet Oulaldj, Lic. (M.Sc.) is the General Manager of the FSGT, France, and former Head of the International Affairs of the FSGT. She has actively taken part in the functions of the Executive Committee and General Assembly of the CSIT. Seppo Hentilä, D. Soc.Sc., is a Professor of political history in the Department of Political and Economic Studies at the University of Helsinki, Finland. He is a well-known worker-movement historian and sports historian. In the last 20 years his research has dealt with the issue of Germany during the Cold War.

Marion Keim, D.Phil., LLB., is an Associate Professor and Director of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Sport and Development, University of the Western Cape, South Africa and has been active in sport, community development and peacebuilding in Africa for over 20 years. She is Chair of the Western Cape Network for Community Peace and Development, advisor for Women for Peace, Western Cape and an Advocate at the High Court of South Africa. Bruce Kidd, O.C., Ph.D., LL.D. is a Professor of sport history and former dean of the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education at the University of Toronto, Canada. He is a former Chair of of the Commonwealth Advisory Body on Sport, former chair of the Olympic Academy of Canada and a voluntary leader in sport for development and peace. Joseph Maguire, Ph.D., is a Professor at the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences at the Loughborough University, United Kingdom. He is a former President of the International Sociology of Sport Association (ISSA). Currently, he is on the Executive Board of the International Council for Sports Science and Physical Education (ICSSPE) and is an Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences of the United Kingdom.

Kalevi Olin, Ph.D., is a Professor (emeritus) of sport planning and a docent of sport politics at the Faculty of Sport Sciences at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. He is a former Vice President of the International Sociology of Sport Association (ISSA), a former President of the TUL, Finland, an Honorary President of the CSIT since 2008 and a former Member of the Parliament of Finland. Nicola Porro, Ph.D., is a Professor of Sociology at the Department of Humanities, Social Sciences and Health in the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, Italy. He is a former President of the UISP, Italy and of the European Association for the Sociology of Sport (EASS).
