T here are a shedload of very talented contributing writers who make STACK Music the splendid section that it is; I’d like to take this opportunity to highlight the work of the brilliant Chris Murray, who sadly (and suddenly, for many) passed away last month at far too young an age. Chris was one of the most beloved, zealous and astute people I can think of in music and film journalism, with a cheeky as hell laugh that made his Adam's Apple leap around like a Tattslotto ball. He started writing for STACK in 2011 under the editorialship of my esteemed predecessor Jonathan Alley, his close friend. His enthusiasm inspired a lot of people, who will all miss him terribly.
