Kydex is a thermoplastic material used to make formed sheaths for your knives. It is cut to shape, formed by use of a heat gun then held firmly together with rivets, eyelets, or glue. With a little practice, you can make a protective sheath in minutes. Protect tools, kitchen cutlery, and many other items using this easily formed material. Also a great holster material. Basic instructions are included. Kydex is 12" x 12".

This molding press allows you to set and walk away with a push of the handle while the 8” x 12” x 1” thick thermal molding foam sets your heated Kydex to the size and shape of your knife.
