UNREALIZED FOREIGN EXCHANGE LOSSES

Unrealized losses related to receivables and payables were recorded in unrealized exchange foreign losses in the amount of 530 thousand euros.

Share capital 9.1 As of December 31, 2017, the share capital of SOCIÉTÉ BIC amounted to 178,126,244.74 euros divided into 46,629,907 shares with a par value of 3.82 euros each. Registered shares held for more than two years carry double voting rights.
