Publications- Brent Malik A letter was received by the St Clair Sherriff , Marine Division stating that they are having a fund raiser in Port Huron on August 25. They have a booklet that they will be giving to everyone who attends. They are asking NCYC to put an ad in that booklet. The Marketing Committee will review. Secretary – Randy Pagel Randy informed us that our membership with Boat US was renewed. This gives our members a 50% discount on the Boat US membership. There was a discussion about Tony Santavy's work hours. Motion: Moved by PC Hugh Vestal to exempt Tony from his work hours due to health issues. Seconded by Brent Malik. Motion Carried. Supplies- Ian Blackburn Ian stated that we cannot stop the 3 receipts that print with the gift card transactions. If the OD/Manager spoil any food, i.e. pizzas, please let Ian know so he can update the POS inventory. The delivery from the Liquor Commission is delayed 2 weeks from ordering, therefore, if an activity organizer wants to do a specialty drink, Ian needs a 3 week notice to make sure the product is on hand when you need it. One of the old pizza ovens needed to be thrown out. It would not shut off and was presenting a fire hazard. Ian will check the other oven in the near future.

Transportation – Darryl Campbell Darryl stated that 3 of the 4 radios have been installed. The boats are running good.

Fleet Captain - PC Rick Romatz Looking forward to the Keans rendezvous. We only have 10 boats so far, we need more participation. A fan out will be sent to the membership.
