SEMESTER ABROAD Semester at Sea

The Semester at Sea program pro– vides students with the opportunity to travel around the world while receiv– ing an education. Students cruise to a variety of ports throughout the trip and are given a chance to explore the area for a few days. Ports traveled to in– clude: Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, Egypt, Turkey, Ukraine, Spain, Venezuela, and the United States. General Education uni ts are earned, and USDstudentsmeetstudentsfrom many other colleges. It is a fun way to be exposed to the numerous and unique cultures of the world, make many new friendships, and get an education far greater than classroom lectures.
