In-flight catering is an important part of the flight ex- perience. This is the reason why at all locations, we strive to provide exquisite catering menus through our own brand SKY Cuisine. Developed to offer an unrivalled VVIP catering service to clients, SKY CUI- SINE proposes a wide range of bespoke menus to suit the client’s individual tastes, fromMediterranean to International cuisine, respecting customers' di- etary and intolerance specifications (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian etc). All meals are prepared fresh with selected high-quality ingredients cooked ac- cording to the Food Safety Policy and HACCP prin-
ciples to grant their safeness. Periodical controls are performed by our Security Department and by our external qualified auditors on food hygiene to ensure high level standards. SKY CUISINE has been certi- fied by ENAC for the delivery on board. The pres- ence of our staff on the airside ensures a prompt intervention in case of any last minute additional re- quest. All meals are delivered in a personalized ele- gant packaging that adheres to aircraft and their space restrictions. Value added services like flower arrangements, laundry, linen, dish washing, interna- tional magazines and newspapers are also available.

FUEL / JET A1 Service and VAT Exemption
We provide our customers with Jet A1 fuel to competitive prices and all the related services es- pecially dedicated to general aviation. Our staff, directly co-ordinates and supervises the refueling operations in order to grant a smooth service and to avoid delays.
In co-operation with our tax consultants, we also offer VAT exemption on fuel and on catering sup- plies. We are an official retailer of World Fuel Ser- vices, ENI and Air Total in Italy.

EASA courses PPL Private Pilot License IR Instrument Rating Course
Sky Services’ aim is to train pilots in a highly pro- fessional environment, using latest generation air- craft, equipped with glass cockpit, and owned by the Academy. The Academy has bases at Milan Bresso (LIMB), Naples North - Capua (LIAU), Naples Capodichino (LIRN) and Brindisi Casale (LIBR) and offers its cadets the chance to fly into both local and inter- national airports, and in particular to profit from the presence of the Sky Services network of FBOs in Italy. Lessons are conducted both in Italian and En- glish so as to be accessible to Italian and interna- tional cadets. Accommodation is available through SKY: cadets can take advantage of discounted hotel rates or selected apartments for longer stays. At the end of the courses, after having obtained the licenses, Sky Services Flight Academy is able to offer its most skillful cadets the chance to enter the world of private aviation with a stage at one of the several partner companies of SKY.

Thanks to its long-standing experience, Sky Services provides a large variety of training courses both for Ground Handling and for Aviation. Courses are also available as distance learning. SIM TRAINING CENTER MCC / JOC ALSIM ALX, EASA FNPT II
With use of the medium Jet configuration - A320 MCC the ATO will extend the offer of courses to the MCC (Multi Crew Coordination) and JOC (Jet Orientation Course) in order to prepare students for arline assessments. The simulator has the following configurations: • generic SEP - C172 • generic SEP COMPLEX - PA28 • generic MEP - PA44 in analog and EFIS configurations and generic Medium Jet - A320. In this way, Sky Services ATO will provide its students an innovative and latest generation training in accordance with modern navigation standards (PBN). Furthermore, the simulator is
used for the transition of pilots from analog to glass cockpit. The use of the simulator in the training courses allows the student to experience flight situations in terms of failures and bad weather conditions not applicable during a real flight. All the courses provided by the ATO, PPL, CPL and IR will make use of the simulator.
