This model provides a 26dB coupling ratio and is capable of handling up to 50W RF input power. It provides low mainline loss of just 0.12dB, 24dB directivity and 1.12:1 VSWR. The coupler features core and wire construction mounted on an 8-lead printed laminate base with wraparound terminations for good solderability. Mini-Circuits’ Tiny LTCC 1:1 Balun, 700 to 2700MHz Mini-Circuits has expanded its popular TCW-family of LTCC balun transformers with four new broadband models extending coverage up to 6GHz, ideal for sub-6 GHz 5G systems and other telecom applications. Model TCW1-2700+ has an impedance ratio of 1:1 with an operating frequency range from 700 to 2700MHz. This model is capable of handling up to 0.5W RF input power and achieves 1.4dB insertion loss, 1.0dB amplitude unbalance and 12° phase unbalance (relative to 180°).
