IT’S LIKE HAVING AN EXTRA PAIR OF EYES Discovery Sport has been built using our most advanced technologies and safety features to date. All of which help make getting around town and parking easier, and driving on motorways that bit more enjoyable. For instance, should you unintentionally drift lanes, Lane Keep Assist helps you to keep yourself in position by applying a corrective torque to the steering wheel, encouraging you to guide your vehicle back. And wouldn’t an extra pair of eyes that help to correct the slightest lapse make you feel more confident? The more you use these technologies, the more you’ll find they don’t take over your drive, they simply help take the stress out of it – that’s got to be good. Lane Keep Assist detects when your vehicle is unintentionally drifting out of lane and will apply a corrective torque to the steering wheel to encourage you to guide your vehicle back.

Front and Rear Parking Aid uses sensors located in the front and rear bumpers which will help make manoeuvring that little bit easier.

Cruise Control and Speed Limiter allows the driver to maintain the current speed of the vehicle without the need for continued use of the accelerator pedal, helping to reduce driver fatigue. The Speed Limiter will also allow the driver to pre-set a maximum specified speed which the vehicle will not exceed. Both functions can be easily turned on or off by the driver as desired.

Driver Condition Monitor detects when you’re starting to feel drowsy and gives an early warning to take a break.

360º Surround Camera * incorporates ClearSight Ground View, as well as Junction and Kerb View technology, to provide a full 360° bird’s-eye view of the vehicle on the Touchscreen, giving you the confidence to manoeuvre safely.
