Mixing Cap Colors or Models on an Order • Colors: A minimum order of 20 pieces is required per cap/hat color. Colors can be mixed (with a minimum of 20 per color) to meet a higher quantity logo price break, providing that the logo and configuration remain the same. • Models: Cap and hat models cannot be mixed to meet a logo price break. Logo Archiving Bullard will archive logos for up to 24 months. If a logo has not been used within two years, we request that new artwork be submitted and a new proof approved. Tips for getting camera-ready artwork: 1. Ask your customer for vector or line art or the original art used to print business cards, signs, letterhead, etc. 2. Ask for art that has been converted to points and paths and includes any embedded files. 3. Remember that, in most cases, neither you nor your customer may be able to open the file. That’s usually the file we need.
