30. USE OF EQUIPMENT

When using Merritt equipment, employees are expected to exercise care, perform required maintenance, and follow all operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines. Please notify your Team Leader if any equipment, machines, or tools appear to be damaged, defective, or in need of repair. In addition, please keep in mind that all electronic and telephonic communication systems, including e-mail, and all communications and information transmitted by, received from or stored in those systems are the property of Merritt. As such, these systems are to be used solely for job-related purposes. Employees are reminded that all electronic and telephonic communications are subject to Merritt's policies regarding nondiscrimination and sexual harassment. To ensure that Merritt’s electronic and telephonic communication systems are used only for legitimate business-related purposes, M erritt may monitor the use of such equipment and systems from time to time. Merritt will never ask an employee to disclose his or her confidential passwords to his or her personal accounts or services. Failure to comply with this policy may result in discipline, up to and including discharge. See Merritt Safety Handbook.

31. ACCIDENT REPORTING

All accidents involving damage to Merritt’s property, injury to our employees (no matter how slight), injury or potential injury to clients or their property are to be reported to your Team Leader immediately upon learning of the injury. Failure to promptly report accidents may result in disciplinary action.

32. SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Merritt understands that social media can be a fun and rewarding way to share your life and opinions with family, friends, and co-workers. However, use of social media also presents certain risks and carries with it certain responsibilities. The principles and guidelines found in Merritt's other policies in this Handbook apply to your activities online. You are solely responsible for what you post online. Before creating online content, consider some of the risks and responsibilities that are involved. Keep in mind that any of your conduct that adversely affects your job performance, the performance of fellow Merritt employees or otherwise affects clients or Merritt's legitimate business interests may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. However, in accordance with applicable law, you will not be disciplined
