(A)The following agreement shall be signed on behalf of the winners : -

This form must be returned to the League within 7 days of receiving trophy. Note: Any club returning the Trophy after 31 st January will be liable to a fine of £50.00.

(B)(i) Clubs returning trophies after January 31 st each year shall be liable to a fine of £50.00.

(ii) Winners and Runners-up shall receive a maximum of 20 mementoes.

(iii) Winners and Runners of the Veterans Development Divisions shall receive a trophy only.

(C) If any club in possession of a Cup or Trophy resigns from the Peterborough & District Football League, or is expelled from the League, all trophies, being the property of the Peterborough Football League, must be returned to the League Office before the start of the new season. (19). SPECIAL GENERAL MEETINGS Upon receiving a requisition signed by two thirds (2/3) of Clubs in membership the Company Secretary shall call a Special General Meeting.

The Board may call a Special General Meeting at any time.

At least 7 days’ notice shall be given of either meeting under this Rule, together with an Agenda of the business to be transacted at such meeting. Each Member Club shall be empowered to send two delegates to all Special General Meetings. Each Club shall be entitled to one vote only, as will members of the Board. Any continuing Member Club failing to be represented at a Special General Meeting without a satisfactory explanation
