- Serves as the “addressing authority” within Lincoln County. - Those wishing to obtain a new address should contact the office. - Electric or phone service cannot be provided within the county unless you have a valid physical 9-1-1 address. - Street names and the range of address numbers must be approved by this office. Lincoln County Communication Center - 911 call take agency 24 hours a day/7 days a week. - Dispatch agency for all emergency responders within Lincoln County - Lincoln County Communications and Warren County Communications Centers serve as ‘backup emergency centers’ for each other in the event that one of the 911 centers may go off-line.
