4.6.1.1 Deli turkey - aseptically add the 125g test portion to 1125 mL Demi Fraser broth. 4.6.1.1.1 Homogenize thoroughly in a filter bag for 2 minutes ± 30 seconds 4.6.1.1.2 Incubate 24-30 hr at 37 ± 1°C.
