Buddy, popular rector of St. Joseph's Cathedral, tomorrow morning will become Bishop Buddy. Today Fathe1· Buddy's title is very reverend. Tomorrow he will be most reverend. Bishops of Protestant churches carry the title right reverend. That title in Catholic churches is re- served for monsignors and abbots.
