An old school, pre-Prohibition style of gin. It’s pot distilled from a rye base, which gives it a lot of character, then barrel aged, which lends it its copper tone. It’s almost like a cross between rye whiskey and gin. If you like your spirits to have some character, then this is definitely worth a try.
