One of the best new products in the rum sector this year. You’re all familiar with Ed Hamilton and his seriously serious rums. Now he’s bringing us his new liqueur—the Hamilton Pimento Dram, due to arrive shortly. Pimento Dram is the result of more than two years of trials required to perfect this blend of Jamaican rum from the Worthy Park Estate, sugar and Jamaican pimento, also known as allspice. The Pimento, from the Pimenta dioica tree, resembles a peppercorn and delivers the flavors of clove, cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg in one dark berry. Hamilton Pimento Dram adds a complex spice note to cocktails or can be sipped over ice. Carefully blended with Worthy Park Estate Pot Still rum, and at 30% ABV, Pimento Dram adds a unique depth of flavor to cocktails, marinades, barbeque sauces and desserts.

¾ oz. Leopold Bros. Maraschino Liqueur ¾ oz. grapefruit juice
