The Neisson distillery, built on Martinique’s northwest coast, benefits from some of the richest soil in the islands. One of the last remaining family-owned distilleries, Neisson is the smallest on Martinique and operates a single-column, copper, continuous still. While Neisson does some amazing aged rhum, it’s their white rhum that is truly spectacular.
