A word to the Captains from the Captains before...

Cal Moloney and Jessica Jackson Spirit is the key thing that results in the success of any group of people, and it is your enthusiasm that will drive anyone to do anything. No student will decide to turn up and give their best for a group of people labelled Franklin. However, if you can make that group of people a family, the things they will achieve are astounding. So sing the war cry as loud as possible, get behind a theme for carnivals, do every event you can- even if it is not your strength and you might make a fool of yourself in the process and most importantly, be inclusive of every individual in the house.
