Unexpected things that happened during our Captaincy Losing the swimming carnival came as a shock but we will make a comeback next year! Memorable moments with our head of house We were fortunate enough to work with two incredible Heads of House and have had some great memories that we will reminisce on fondly. Sitting in Mrs Foster’s office and going over every topic known to man, from Everybody Loves Raymond to why we like the colour purple, we would throw jokes back and forth until we were late to class. Laughing because we received an email from Mrs Hyman regarding who we can put in the Oztag Team, the morning of the competition and just sitting together chilling out listening to Tom Petty are moments that we look back on and cherish.

S ix things you won ’ t know about your head of house

• Something you may not know about Mrs Foster is that she is a fan- tastic runner. She runs up to 10km per morning.

• Despite having a large jar of treats, Mrs Foster never actually eats them, she just hands them out to visitors.

• Mrs Foster has a weird fear of teeth and just hates even the thought of anything to do to with them, so the dentist is probably her least favourite person.

• Mrs Hyman has one child and has just moved to a new house where she has to use organic cleaning products. No bleach!

• Mrs Hyman is about to get a new dog, and her daughter is adamant that it is going to be called Sparkles.

• Mrs Hyman actually attended Somerset for high school and was/still is (?) a great swimmer.
