TRACKING

Orders will be processed within one business day. Next day shipment orders should be placed before 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Proof of delivery may be requested within 60 days of the invoice date.

RETURNS

Items cannot be returned without prior written authorization. Orders requiring refrigeration (antigens, etc.) cannot be returned. Shipping errors must be reported to our customer service department within seven days of receipt of merchandise.
