while typical return loss is 25.42dB from 100MHz to 14GHz and 18.52dB from 14 to 18GHz. The 50-Ω, RoHS- compliant component measures just 1.3 in. in length with 0.5-in. diameter with both inner and outer DC blocks and DC voltage handling capability to 200 V across the full frequency range. The component is built with stainless-steel, unibody construction, an SMA female connector at one end, and an SMA male connector at the other end. It is designed for operating temperatures from -65 to +125°C. MCDI Ltd לפרטים נוספים: . 077-540-6075 ט: 153-77-540-6051 פ:

Mini-Circuits’ Test Cable

is Stable with Flexure to 18GHz

Mini-Circuits’ model ULC-2M-SMSM+ Ultra-Flexible Test Cable maintains excellent electrical performance in terms of insertion loss and VSWR with flexure from DC to 18GHz. The RoHS- compliant, triple-shielded flexible cable assembly is terminated with stainless- steel SMA male connectors. For a 2-m length, the insertion loss is typically 1.1dB from DC to 2GHz, 2.3dB from 2 to 6GHz, 3.7dB from 6 to 12GHz, and 5.0dB from 12 to 18GHz. The return loss is typically 37.2dB from DC to 2GHz, 32.8dB from 2 to 6GHz, 26.6dB from 6 to 12GHz, and 30.3dB from 12 to 18GHz. Even with a 3.25-in. bend radius, the IL changes no more than 0.02dB across the full bandwidth while the insertion phase changes no more than 0.73 deg. The rugged 50-Ω test cable features power- handling capabilities of 210 W at 2GHz, 120 W at 6GHz, and 67 W at 18GHz. It is designed for operating temperatures of -55 to +85°C. Mini-Circuits' Designer’s Kit Contains Gain Equalizers to 20GHz Mini-Circuits’ model K1-ZEQ24+ Gain Equalizers Designer’s Kit contains seven coaxial gain equalizers, each with a 50-Ω bandwidth of DC to 20GHz and different attenuation slopes from 1 to 11dB. All models are rated for 1 W )+30 dBm( or more input power and typical VSWR of 1.30:1 from DC to 18GHz, the RoHS-compliant gain equalizers feature insertion-loss slopes that decrease with increasing frequency at different rates. For example, model ZEQ- 1-24K+ has typical insertion loss of 3.05dB at DC, 3.00dB at 5GHz, and 1.90dB at 20GHz, while model ZEQ-7-24+ has loss of 9.10dB at DC, 8.30dB at 5GHz, and 1.75dB at 20GHz. For the highest low-frequency loss, model ZEQ-11-24+ has typical loss of 13.45dB at DC, 10.90dB at 5GHz, and 2.60dB at 20GHz. All seven equalizers feature rugged unibody construction with male and female 2.92-mm connectors and small form factor of 0.80x0.56 in. MCDI Ltd לפרטים נוספים: . 077-540-6075 ט: 153-77-540-6051 פ:

Mini-Circuits’ Coaxial Power Detector Delivers Wide Dynamic Range to 40GHz Mini-Circuits’ model ZV47-K44RMS+ coaxial power detector features a wide input dynamic range of -35 to 0dBm across a frequency range of 100MHz to 40GHz. It provides a DC output voltage of typically 0 to +1.2 VDC that is a highly accurate representation of the RF signal power at the input of the detector, with typical linearity error of less than ±1dB. The 50-Ω, RoHS-compliant power detector measures 0.84×0.96×0.37 in. with 2.92- mm female connectors. It exhibits typical VSWR of 1.60:1 across the full frequency range with typical pulse risetime response of 2.9 μs and typical fall time response of 8.1 μs. It consumes typical current of 30 mA from a single +3.3-VDC supply and is designed for operating temperatures of -40 to +85°C.
