PreBidding is open on this property now. After you have paid your auction participation deposit you may place prebids for the properties. On the day of the live auction the bidding screen will change. How to Participate in the Auction Online 1) Go to www.HendersonAuctions.com to start the registration process. 2) Click on the “PREVIEW CATALOG” tab for the property you would like to bid on.

3) Look for the “REGISTER TO BID” Black tab and find the “SIGN UP HERE” tab at the bottom of the menu. You will need a valid email that you can access for this process. 4) After you have created your account, agree to the terms of the application. Create your account as directed; full name, address and phone number. 5) Verify deposit funds: a valid credit card must be provided for a deposit of $1000 to bid on Lot# 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7. Lot# 5 requires a $10,000 deposit for the April 8th, 2020 auction. 6) An email will be sent to the email you register with, along with an invoice for your deposit. See auction terms for deposit return information. 7) If you prefer to bid online, there will be no internet bidding fees applied. There will be liv e video, audio, and Facebook streaming.
