Apple iPhone 5

T he iPhone 5, hailed by Apple as their thinnest and lightest iPhone yet, has recently been released to the worldwide market. It has been redesigned with a 4-inch Retina display and, of course, comes bursting with many other new features. Philip Schiller, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing said, “iPhone 5 is the most beautiful consumer device that we’ve ever created. We’ve packed an amazing amount of innovation and advanced technology into a thin and light, jewel-like device with a stunning 4-inch Retina display, blazing fast A6 chip, ultrafast wireless, even longer battery life; and we think customers are going to love it.” The body of the iPhone 5 is 7.6 mm of anodised aluminium, making it 20% lighter and 18% thinner than the iPhone 4S. It also has even clearer image. It has a panorama feature which enables you to take panorama images by moving the camera across a scene of your choice. These panorama pictures can reach up to 28 megapixels. Making videos, meanwhile, is further improved with up to ten faces being recognised by the video face detection and you can even combine the act of taking pictures and filming a video both at once. The iPhone 5 comes with Apple EarPods, earphones designed to be longer lasting and to have a more natural fit within the ear. There is also a new microphone system that is noise-cancelling and uses a cellular wideband audio that will make the person on the other end of the phone sound more natural than ever before.
