Mini-Circuits’ Hi-Rel Ceramic Ultra-Linear MMIC LNA, 0.5 to 4GHz Mini-Circuits’ CMA-103+ provides the capability of one of Mini-Circuits’ most popular MMIC amplifiers in a hermetically sealed ceramic package for hi-rel applications in tough operating conditions. The PHEMT-based amplifier design achieves typical noise figure of 0.5dB at 1GHz and 1.3dB at 4GHz with +45dBm IP3, +23.1 P1dB, and 10.9dB typical gain. It operates on a single 3V/5V supply with 97mA typical current consumption at 5V. The amplifier die is bonded to a multilayer, integrated LTCC substrate and hermetically sealed under a controlled Nitrogen atmosphere with gold plated cover and eutectic Au-Sn solder.
