E-Safety Mark Awarded!
Greenford High is delighted to announce that we have just been awarded the E- Safety Mark for the quality of work we do in this challenging area.
E-Safety in all its forms, from dealing with Cyber-bullying to the dangers of online grooming, is a major issue these days and the work the school undertakes in this area has just gone through a rigorous assessment by Mark Baker, on behalf of the South West Grid for Learning. We came through with flying colours and were praised for the “depth… embedded nature… coherence of our plans and strong culture” that has been created. In particular, the work of our Cyber-Mentors, students supporting students, was strongly recognised.
Congratulations and thanks to Ms Asaria who has led this area at Greenford High, supporting many other schools in Ealing. In turn, she would like to thank the following: Mr Manby, Mr Nock, PC Kleiber, Mr
Robinson from Ealing LA, Governors Mr Sehmbi and Ms Keesoony, Ms Grimley, Ms Adhami, Ms Foster, Ms Hussan, Ms Thomas, Mr Millington, Mr Smith, Mr Halsey, Mr Babla, Ms Such and Ms Druce. And, of course, most of all – the students!
