BRANDY SLING

Use small bar glass

One small teaspoonjul of One small lump of ice. powdered white sugar. One wineglass of brandy. One wineglass of water. Dissolve the sugar in water, add the brandy, and ice, stir well with a spoon. Grate a little nutmeg on top, and serve.

HOT BRANDY SLING

Use medium bar glass, hot

One small teaspoonful of One wineglass of brandy, powdered sugar. Dissolve the sugar in a little boiling water,add the brandy, and fill the glass two-thirds full of boiling water. Grate a little nutmeg on top and serve.
