Our story

It all started with an entrepreneurial vision in 2005…

That vision was to create a full-service entrepreneurial bank where answers came quickly, opportunities were plentiful, and the culture was optimistic. It would be an unconventional bank where clients would notice a difference and people would be challenged to grow both professionally and personally. Over fifteen years later, this vision and unconventional model has led to consistent profitability and the creation of what is considered the fastest- growing bank in Minnesota’s rich banking history. Bridgewater (Nasdaq: BWB) is not a typical bank. In everything we do, we aim to challenge the status quo. These efforts have resulted in numerous awards surrounding growth, banking services and corporate culture. We’re on a mission to build the Finest Entrepreneurial Bank in the Twin Cities, and it’s working.
