Log into your personal Facebook page, go to your business page and create an Open House post. If you already have some posts on your page and don’t want to create an open house ad right now, you can skip this step. FIRST – Sample

Set Start and End Time

* Min 25hrs for this type of ad

*You can set a time past your open house and then just come in an manually turn it off after the open house is completed.

Scroll down to the Audience section

Type the address of your open house – hit enter on your keyboard

Set your radius around the address (after you use the slider – hit enter on your keyboard to save it)

Facebook recently came out with some new guidelines in regards to housing ads with limited age and radios targeting. I would suggest not setting a min or max age and keeping the radios targeting to 5-15 miles.

Scroll down and Set Optimization and Delivery

Set to Reach (if not already set)

For an open house ad – set Frequency Cap to 2 and impressions per day to 1 16

Then Certify Compliance

Agree to Non-Discrimination Policy

Leave as-is unless you have a connected Instagram page. You can connect your Instagram page in the Business Manager.
