Brooke Roby and junior defender Cristina Romero were both selected to the WCC All-Conference Second Team, with junior and senior midfielders Marie Claude-Henry and Val Strocco receiving Honorable Men– tions. The Toreros flourished in a season that was thought by many to be a potential flounder. In the face of adversity, the team stepped up to the challenges before them. With this kind of determination and resolve, 2003 should prove to be just as successful.
