The product lines are supported by Tenova TAKRAF Africa’s comprehensive client support services, which provide spares, after- market support and life extension services for equipment supplied by the company as well as by other OEMs. The company’s new base in Spartan has been within the group for some years, accom- modating its laboratory, its stores facility and its aftermarket business unit. “What’s changed now is that we’ve brought our management and capital sales business unit, which were

previously in a separate location, to Spartan and the move was made in February this year. The premises are modern and well equipped and can cope with any expansion we’re likely to see over the next several years.” Späth adds that having all the business units and manage- ment in a single location is making for a much more focused and efficient operation.
