ALTA 19-06 (MULTIPLE PARCELS) [within Land] AND (06-17-06) FORM 19.1-06 (SINGLE PARCEL) [with property other than Land] (06-17-06)

ALTA Form 19-06 is designed to provide insurance that (1) each parcel, in a policy which

insures multiple parcels, is contiguous to at least one other parcel insured by the policy, or (2) if

some parcels are not contiguous to at least one other parcel, that certain parcels are

contiguous to certain other parcels. The ALTA Form 19.1-06 provides coverage that the Land

in the policy is contiguous to some other specific parcel not insured in the policy.
