USD Women's Soccer 2006

Theresa Wagner brings a wealth of soccer experience to San Diego's coaching staff and begins her fourth season at Alcala Park and will assist head coach Ada Greenwood with all phases of the game. Prior to coming to San Diego, Wagner served as an assistant coach at Stanford University where she helped lead the Cardinal to a No. 1 ranking and a Pacific 10 conference cham– pionship during the 2002 season . While at Stanford Wagner was in charge of providing individual instruction before and after practices for individuals seeking additional help as well as working closely with the goalkeepers and field players . Since 2003 she has also served as the head coach of the San Diego Surf club soccer team where she has led the team to a No. 1 ranking nationally. In 2003, she guided the girls U-13 to the California State Championship and Far West Region Championship.

ASSISTANT COACH THERESA WAGNER 4th Season Washington '01

After completing a stand-out collegiate career, Wagner took her talents to the professional ranks as she played for the San Jose CyberRays from 2001-2003. While playing for the CyberRays she was able to assist the team in winning the 2001 WUSA championship .

Wagner had a storied collegiate playing career at the Uni– versity of Washington . She earned AII-PAC-10 honors in each of her four years in a Huskies --~-- uniform and also a three-time All Academic PAC-10 selection while earning her B.A. in busi– ness with a 3.5 GPA. As a senior at Washington , Wagner garnered NSCAA Scholar Athlete All-American accolades and was named to the second team All-West Region .

Wagner holds her NCAA certified "C" License and resides in San Diego .

Justin Neerhof is entering his first season as an assistant coach for the women's soccer team and will assist head coach Ada Greenwood will all aspects of the game .

Neerhof, a 2002 graduate of USO, makes his return to his alma mater after a successful professional playing career. Neerhof most recently had a three-year stint with the San Di– ego Sockers of the Major Indoor Soccer League from 2003-05, while also coaching at the youth level. Prior to that, he was a member of the Figiurense, a 1st Division Club team in Florianopolis , Brazil , and also coached in the organizations youth program. After his four– year collegiate career Neerhof served as an assistant coach for the USO men's soccer program for one season . Neerhof was a member of the USO men's soccer team from 1998-2001 as a goalkeeper. During his senior season he was selected as the West Coast Conference Co-Defender of the Year while posting a 12-4-1 record and boasting a 0.92 goals-against-average. Also

during his senior campaign he posted sev- en shutouts en route to a NSCAA first-team All-Far West Region selection . During his junior season he was ranked seventh in the nation in GAAat 0.73 , which is currently the USO all-time single-season record . He was

also a two-time AII-WCC first team selection honoree.

Neerhof is a member of the Region IV ODP staff and holds his USSF and NSCAA licenses. He graduated from USO in 2002 with a bachelor of sci– ence degree in psychology. He resides in San Diego.
