Single-Family Attached, Detached and Duplex Design Guidelines
5.9.7.
A. Applicability
Single-family detached development located in a bungalow court or pocket neighborhood shall comply with these design guidelines. Unless exempted, single-family detached, attached, or duplex development located in a subdivision reviewed and decided in accordance with in accordance with Section 2.5.6.B.2, Type 2 Subdivision Preliminary Plat Approval Procedure, shall comply with these design guidelines. Single-family detached, attached, or duplex development subject to a statement of voluntary compliance (Section 5.9.7.B.2) shall comply with these design guidelines.
B. Design Guidelines
Guidelines Voluntary
Except where explicitly stated otherwise in the Ordinance, compliance with the design guidelines in this section is voluntary and at the discretion of the applicant.
Statement of Voluntary Compliance
In cases where an applicant chooses to comply with the guidelines in this section, the applicant shall include the following notation and landowner signature on the:
