ASSOCIATE Magazine FBINAA Q3-2026

I immediately became involved in my local chapter and was elected Vice President of the Western PA FBINAA Chapter for 2019–2020. I was then elected President of the Chapter for 2021–2022, re-elected for 2023–2024, and again for 2025–2026. Finally, and most importantly, my introduction would not be complete without acknowledging my family. I am married to an amazing woman, Lyndsay, and we have two young boys, Killian, 8, and Cullen, 4. My eight years serving as a leader on our chapter board have strengthened my belief that goals are best achieved through collaboration, effective communication, and a steadfast com mitment to the mission. I believe the relationship between the National Board and the Chapters must always be a symbiotic one. We can accomplish so much more for our members when we work in tandem with a shared purpose and selfless motivation. I take my role in promoting this relationship very seriously and pledge to you that I will always be accessible and receptive to your ideas and suggestions. As we look ahead, I encourage each chapter and each member to remain engaged, embrace new opportunities, and continue in vesting in the next generation of law enforcement leaders. Together, we can build upon the proud traditions of the FBINAA while adapt ing to the challenges and opportunities that undoubtedly lie ahead. I challenge all of you to help us accomplish our mission. Though some of us may hold titles, whether locally, nationally, or as valued staff members of the National Office, each and every one of us as FBINAA members plays a vital role in advancing our MEET YOUR NEW SECTION IV REPRESENTATIVE

I am incredibly honored to introduce myself as the new FBI National Academy Associates Section IV Representative. Throughout nearly three decades in law enforcement, I have experienced many profes sional highlights, but I would be hard-pressed to identify one greater than this accomplishment, with my attendance in NA Session 264 being a close second. The significance of this tremendous respon sibility is magnified for me knowing that I was elected by men and women from our association whom I value and respect so highly. Throughout this process, I have had the opportunity to get to know President Gallagher, the current National Executive Board members, Acting Executive Director DeVoe, and the talented men and women who make up the National Office Team on a more personal level. I have wit nessed firsthand how hardworking and dedicated these individuals are, and I am encouraged by the direction of our Association. I look forward to working alongside these dedicated professionals. For those whom I have not yet had the honor of meeting, I would like to share a little about my background and the experienc es that have prepared me to serve our law enforcement profession and the FBI National Academy Associates. I am currently employed by the Castle Shannon Borough Police Department, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Since 1998, I have had the privilege of serving my community as a Patrol Officer, Detective, Sergeant, and Lieutenant, which is my current role. After graduating from NA Session 264 in 2016, I realized the importance of this amazing institution and the excellence for which it is known around the globe. More importantly, I understood that graduation was only the beginning. I quickly recognized that the true value to the law enforcement profession and our communities lies in what we do after graduation.
