Definition of Quality Indicator

The indicator is an instrument that makes a

“ picture ” of a department and allows us to compare

the activity of the center with other centers.

The indicators allow us to understand our actions

and improve ourselves stimulating the staff with a

new “ forma mentis ” to make an improvement in

the quality of the service .
