Ridgway Machines will introduce three new products this year, based on Ridgway’s twin servo technology. Constant tape tension is now achieved over the entire tape pad life. Even at high speeds, delicate tapes and large tape packages are now accurately controlled.

The VLM6 vertical taping machine from Ridgway

The MB270 horizontal taping machine accommodates large cross-wound tape packages weighing up to 30kg. Using 8mm wide mica tape, this machine is capable of producing product at 17m per minute for 24 hours, without stopping for a tape pad change. The TGL100 glass bre twin taping line incorporates four Ridgway glass taping bays and associated control systems. O ering a complete package, this joint development with Gloser/Newtec of Italy also provides state of the art oven technology featured in the line. ➣➢➣
