ECJC RANKS FOURTH IN GOLF PLAY

East Central Junior College's golf team placed fourth in a seven-team golf match at Newton on April 8 with a 338. Southwest Jr. College won with a 310. Joel Nelson of Newton was lowest for East Central with a 79. Jay Jones of Forest fired an 83. Tony Dobbs of Forest an 87. James Wood of Louisville and Robert James of Newton fired an 89, Terry Burns of Jonesboro. GA fired a 96. Kenny Hughes of Gulf Coast was Medalist with a 73.
