1.8 Use the meter wrench to loosen the house side spud to allow water to flow for examination   

1.9 If register shows water usage, the meter is not stopped 1.10 Tighten the house side spud nut and assure there are no leaks 1.11 Verify the meter lid is clean and clear of obstruction






